Hello,

The sound settings on my Sharp LC-60LE652E television last only 30 minutes and then revert back to the original settings by themselves.

How can we save them permanently?

    Hello,

On this television, in the Sound menu you have:

    - Automatic volume
    - Maximum volume on startup

Check if there’s a solution to your problem in these options. The automatic volume can sometimes be unsettling.

There’s also "Clear voice" which can alter the sound effect.

It’s very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
    Especially when it’s not there...

    Hello,

Try unplugging everything, HDMI cables, antenna, and power plug, wait five minutes, and plug everything back in.
If there's no result and if you have access to the menu, perform a "reset" or "factory reset" or "initial setup" or "factory settings" (see menu), but you will have to redo the entire installation and settings.

I have already made all these adjustments and yet the sound settings revert to the default after 30 minutes.

I am only connected via HDMI to different set-top boxes and the problem is the same regardless of the connection.

I do not have an antenna connected to this television.

I don't know if there is a lithium battery inside the television that might be too old.

      How can I access it?

    Hello everyone,
dudu: "is there a lithium battery ????? that would be too old": a lithium battery lasts a long time.
If you've done a factory reset, it's likely that you have a problem with the preamp or its power supply on the board.
Unfortunately, the only solution left is to see a "repairman"!
    Regards!
