Odyssey G40B screen, the sound isn't working.

Hello, I recently bought a Samsung monitor, more specifically the Odyssey G40B. I read the manual, etc. But when I try to watch a YouTube video for example, the sound doesn't work. I connected it to a MSI Cyborg A12V laptop, but if I set the sound to the monitor in the settings, it doesn't work, unlike the sound from the laptop which works perfectly well. Please help me... Thank you.

Stupid question, have you plugged an audio cable between your PC and your screen (like an aux cable)?
