Hello, so I ordered a Rhinoshield case and now I’ve been directed to the post office! But I have a new question now, it says "Your shipment could not be delivered today due to an exceptional situation beyond our control. It will be redistributed as soon as possible."

    Well... it means what is written.

    Alternatively, you can certainly click the "reschedule" button to choose a day/time for redelivery.

    Otherwise, wait for the delivery notice in your mailbox and you will go pick it up at the post office indicated on it.
