Go to "Send a request" in Help (at the bottom of the page), or the chatbot will direct you there.
You need a double-sided copy of your driver's license or another form of ID.
A copy of a phone bill with the old number. Or proof of cancellation. (I could no longer access my old bills).
Sign it, date it, and don't forget to add your new phone number.
Leboncoin will contact you by email, and during your next login, you will receive a code on your new number. This is what worked for me, in just a few hours in total.
