HP Color Laser MFP 179 Startup Issue

Hello*

I have an HP Color Laser MFP 179 printer that is displaying an error message like: replace with a new imaging unit, what could that mean? Is it the drum? Because I tested it with another drum but to no avail.

    Hello,

    It is indeed the imaging drum.

    Very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
    Especially when it's not there...

    Hello, thank you for your response. That's what I was thinking, but my concern is why the problem wasn't resolved when I changed the drum that I removed from another printer? Also, my drum worked in the other printer. It's concerning in the end.

      There, I couldn't say.... probably a sensor issue related to this imaging drum.

      I have the same problem. I changed the drum for a new one and it still doesn't work. I don't understand and I don't know what to do anymore.
