Issues with PC and SFR TV?

Hello,

everyone.

I have a problem with my PC,

when I arrive on the SFR TV page, the page displays but:

for a month now, SFR TV has not been working, the cursor of my mouse does not allow me to connect; it stays in arrow mode instead of switching to hand mode to connect and watch the channels.

I don't understand where this could come from??

SFR TV works on my phone.

    Hello,

    If SFR TV works on your phone, the easiest way is to use the Android app on your PC as well. To do this, download and install the Android emulator BlueStacks5 on your PC. You will then have access to the Google Play Store and therefore the SFR TV app.

    Do you have an SFR Operator?

    Are you paying?

    So, you call them and clearly explain the problem you are facing, they will be able to assist you because here we can provide little help regarding certain connections.

    The issue is that I have two PCs,

    both on Wi-Fi.

    One of which works perfectly, connected to a video projector,

    And

    a second one in the bedroom where it doesn't work,

    as if the site on the first page Sfr.tv.com

    had crashed!!

    My box is located 10 meters from the PCs.

    Well, I'm going to uninstall everything again, and reinstall a shortcut with Firefox, Chrome, or Edge.

    Then I will call SFR if it persists.

    Hello, perform a restore to a date before the crash

    Press the Windows key and R

    Type rstrui.exe in the box and follow the instructions

    Hello, I couldn't connect to SFR TV on my PC until I realized that the issue was due to the fact that the PC's clock was not set correctly. (This was caused by the malfunctioning of the internal battery, which needs to be changed when it is worn out). Since I fixed this problem, SFR TV works perfectly.
