Rocket League launch bug Epic Games

It's been just under a year that I haven't been able to launch Rocket League on my PC; obviously, I couldn't before, but I mention it to show my despair. Here's a summary of what's going on: when I click on Rocket League, it says "running" and then goes back to "launch" as if nothing happened. It's quite frustrating. Here are my specs if needed: GTX 1050ti, Ryzen 5 3600, 16GB RAM, Rocket League and Epic Games stored on an SSD, B450M DS3H on F40. Please help me; I've tried so many solutions that haven't worked, so help me out, guys (and girls too).
