Good evening, I don't understand, it works well with an SD card or USB key, but when I put my 1.0tb drive in, it flickers and disappears. Why does it do this when it used to work perfectly? Could someone please explain it to me? Thank you.

Is the 12V power supply properly connected in addition to the USB?

No special driver is needed that isn't already integrated into Windows, I believe.

Hello

As my colleague fabul mentioned, there is no need for a driver under Windows, it behaves just like an external drive; however, be careful with the connections in the dock, if the drive is not properly seated, this may explain its offline status.
