    Hello,

    You need to go to the HP website and search for the drivers for the printer (make sure it is indeed the HP PSC 1215 All-in-One Printer):
    http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareCategory?cc=en&lc=en&dlc=en&product=412187
    and then select your OS version (Windows XP, Vista, 7 32-bit, or 7 64-bit, 8 ...).
    Next, when you click on "next," the site suggests clicking on "Driver - Product Installation Software" and "Utility - Diagnostic Tools."
    You need to click on "Utility - Diagnostic Tools," which allows you to download an installation assistant.
    You download this installation assistant, and normally, when you run it, you just need to follow the instructions.

    Damn, it seems like VISTA and the HP producers are mocking us. In the end, they tell you that you're not the "administrator" of your own PC (which I still use alone) Bill Gates seems like a shady entrepreneur!
    They seem to want to sell new devices and thus make the old ones incompatible.
