Hello, so I am on a Windows 10 Professional PC. For some time now, I think, when I type cmd in the search bar, it shows Internet Start instead of the command prompt, even when I run it as an administrator, it starts with the cmd interface but shows Internet Start at the top, I don't know if I should be worried about a virus infection???

    Hello

    We're going to start with a PC diagnosis:

    Read the entire procedure carefully before posting the reports
    Do not post them directly in the messages as they are unreadable and incomplete

    The expected reports are FRST.txt and Addition.txt

    All reports must be hosted on https://security-x.fr/up/ and you should indicate the obtained links in your response

    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    --> The SmartScreen filter may trigger an alert. Click on Actions or More information then on Run anyway

    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    --> Download the FRST version of Farbar, compatible with your system and save the file to your Desktop

    --> For a 32-bit system
    --> For a 64-bit system

    How to know which version 32-bit or 64-bit is running on my system?

    --> Wait until your browser offers the download to save, without clicking anywhere, especially not on the sponsors of the page.
    --> Close all applications, including your browser
    --> Double-click on FRST.exe and click Yes to accept the Disclaimer
    --> Under Vista, Windows 7 / 8 and 10, you need to launch the file by right-clicking -> Run as administrator
    --> Wait until it indicates The tool is ready to use
    --> From the main menu, click on Scan and wait for the analysis to complete
    --> At the end of the scan, the reports FRST.txt and Addition.txt are created. Post these reports in your next response.
    --> The reports are saved in the same location as the tool and under C:\FRST\Logs

    Big problems with this PC.

    1 - It is not updated at all, the version of Win10 is from 01-2019

    2 - The PC is infected

    3 - You have unnecessary programs that cause more chaos than anything else

    So, two solutions.

    1 - Either we remove the unnecessary programs, disinfect it, and try to update (not an easy task)

    2 - Or you reinstall Windows properly with the latest version by deleting the partitions

      Can we try to remove unnecessary programs and disinfect the PC?

      That being said, when I scan the PC with an antivirus, it doesn't detect any viruses; it's the 360 Total Security antivirus.

    OK

    That said, when I scan the PC with an antivirus, it does not detect any viruses; it is the 360 Total Security antivirus.

    It is one of the useless ones and must be preventing Windows updates from happening, unless that is intentional?

    Win10 has its own effective and native antivirus --> https://support.microsoft.com/fr-fr/windows/rester-prot%C3%A9g%C3%A9-avec-s%C3%A9curit%C3%A9-windows-2ae0363d-0ada-c064-8b56-6a39afb6a963

    ***********

    So, uninstall:

    => 360 Total Security
    => Advanced SystemCare --> https://www.malekal.com/logiciels-nettoyage-windows-efficaces/
    => Driver Booster 10 --> https://www.malekal.com/logiciels-mise-a-jour-pilotes-arnaque-danger/
    => DriverPack

    => Bonjour

    ***********

    Once uninstalled, run a FRST scan again and post the new reports.
