Hello,

I made a purchase on Le Bon Coin and the seller took 5 days to ship it. I cannot track the delivery via Relay. My question is:

After receiving the package, if I do receive it, I would like to leave only one star to express my dissatisfaction with the seller, but can the seller in turn rate me with just one star even though he took all his time?
