Samsung Magician does not recognize my 970 EVO PLUS SSD.

Hello everyone,
I am posting this message because I have a problem with my newly acquired SSD and the software that comes with it, Samsung Magician.
So here it is, I have an Erica 8643 motherboard with a 1TB hard drive and a 128GB SSD. I decided to replace the latter with a more powerful one, 1TB.
After several searches and advice, I was guided towards this SSD, which would be compatible with my PC. Once installed, the SSD was recognized by Samsung Magician but not by my PC.
Once the problem was solved, now the opposite happens. The SSD is recognized by my PC and I can install files on it, but it is no longer recognized by Samsung Magician, hence the creation of this post.
I have attached different images that could be useful for those who want to help me (and I thank you in advance).
The first attachment is the photo of the SSD location on my motherboard.
The second attachment is a screenshot of the Samsung Magician software that recognizes my 1TB hard drive but has no trace of my SSD. (There are small notes in English because I had sent an email to support but received no response..)
The third attachment is a screenshot of the disk manager where my hard drive (C) and my SSD (E storage space) are both present.
Thank you in advance for the time you dedicate to my request.
Best regards

I don't quite understand where your problem is. Magician is a utility designed to optimize the performance of Samsung SSDs; it is not essential for operation. There seems to be an anomaly in your screenshot. There is a disk 0 and a disk 2; normally there should be a disk 1.

Hello and thank you for your response,
Well, I thought I needed to use Magician with my SSD since it comes with updates and allows me to monitor its performance. I figured I wouldn't be able to utilize it to 100% if I didn't use the third-party software with it...
Could disk 1 be the old SSD that I removed to replace it with this one? Is there a way to fix this anomaly?
Thank you for your help

Normally, when you remove a "disk" upon reboot, the system rearranges the enumeration.

Hello,
Given your screenshot, are you planning to clone (switch) the old hard drive onto the new one?
Where you indicate that your Samsung does not appear, it could be normal.
The first part is the selection of the drive to clone (so it will likely only propose the old drive).
After selecting the old one in the first part, the choice below which is roughly "which one do you want to send the migration to," should give you the option for the Samsung.
Note: If that’s the goal, you will then need to boot from the new one and clear the old (and first test the clone alone to ensure it works).

Hello and thank you for your response,
I didn't intend to clone the data onto the new drive since it was just games, so I formatted the old 128 GB SSD, removed it, and put in the new one while reinstalling all the games I had on it.
The data migration software was only there to show that in the two programs provided by Samsung (that one and Magician), the SSD that should appear is not showing up (attached file).
"The data migration software was only there to show that among the two software provided by Samsung (it and Magician), the SSD that should be listed is not appearing (see attachment)"
Yes. It is the one with a capacity of 931GB corresponding to a 1TB drive. You have already cloned your system which was on the 128GB SSD. Your other drive, the one with 949GB, is apparently not a Samsung brand. You tried to perform a new cloning from the previously cloned drive. Just like in a cloning process with Data Migration, the target drive must be a Samsung SSD; that’s why Data Migration finds nothing in the target drive.
The other lines Dashboard, Details, ... where does it appear anywhere?
(same for the arrow towards the source reader, or at the top left...)
.
And why data migration if you're not planning to clone? (Question out of curiosity)
.
What did you do at the beginning to make it visible to the PC (which reversed the trend)?
.
Check if it's really the SSD corresponding to this page > https://www.samsung.com/fr/support/model/MZ-V7S1T0BW/
Download and update Magician first (or reinstall), if nothing improves update the NVMe drivers.

Also, all the other features are not available because it only recognizes my HDD, and similarly when I refresh the page, it's just that one...
Well, initially I wanted to transfer Windows to the SSD for a faster boot, so I had also installed data migration (since in the manual they provided a pack that includes downloading both software) but since it doesn't recognize it, I will use third-party software.
Regarding the initial manipulation, I must admit I got a bit confused since it's not really my field of expertise, but right-click Windows > Disk Management > and then I managed to allocate space on the SSD to make it functional, but then nothing more.
I just finished, still nothing. I restarted my computer to make sure it took effect, but my SSD is still not recognized by Magician...
In any case, I thank you for the help with my problem, I hope it will be fixed in a future update...
It's not a scam, even if the purpose of Magician, which is supposed to optimize the performance of Samsung SSDs, is not convincing; it works. As for Data Migration, it is very easy to use and very efficient. What you should know is that it only clones system partitions and that the target SSD must necessarily be a Samsung.
Hello,
When neither Magician nor my BIOS recognized my 970 EVO Plus, (Even though it was working) I think it was just that it was improperly seated.
By removing it and putting it back, the problem was solved.

Hello,
When you enter the PC's BIOS, does the new SSD appear?
If so, load your version of Windows onto a USB drive of at least 8 GB, boot from it by setting it as the first option in the BIOS boot menu and install Windows!
Show a screenshot of the general tab of the BIOS, then the boot tab!
