Hello, I would like to put movies on my multimedia hard drive but I'm having a little problem, my PC does not recognize it

There are several reasons,
1. You gave a shock to the disk and it crashes and bugs
2. Format it (It deletes everything from A-Z)
3. Uninstall your USB drivers from the root
