Hello

My daughter has a smartphone and a tablet.

Both are managed via Family Link on my phone.

For a few months now, only my daughter's phone appears on my app. I checked her tablet, everything is normal, I'm still the admin.

The problem is that I no longer have remote control. The tablet no longer appears.

Any idea?

    Hello

    In order for you to supervise your child's device with Family Link, your child must: have a Google account.

    There are apps to bypass Family Link, the Google code, and change the settings.

    Her smartphone is a Xiaomi, her tablet is a Huawei. Both run on Android. She therefore has a Google account that I personally created for her.

    Family Link has not been bypassed, the restrictions and pause times are respected, my parental code is required for any modification...
