Batterie d'ordinateur portable neuf se décharge très vite

Bonjour,

La batterie de mon ordinateur portable Lenovo relativement neuf (moins d'un an) se décharge extrêmement vite : 50 % en une heure. Que je sois en train de travailler dessus ou qu'il soit en veille. 

Y a-t-il un problème de paramétrage ou un programme qui draîne le PC ? 

J'ai produit un rapport powercfg -ENERGY, mais je ne sais pas vraiment ce qu'il me dit et comment remédier aux problèmes, si tant est qu'ils sont visibles sur ce rapport...

Mon ordinateur est un Lenovo Thinkpad Flex 5, 14ALC7.

Bonjour,

Avez-vous beaucoup de programmes exécutés en arrière-plan et la luminosité de l'écran est également réglée à un niveau élevé?

Bonsoir Cathy,

Même après avoir baissé la luminosité à un niveau très bas, la batterie se vide tout aussi vite.

Côté programmes exécutés en arrière-plan, je n'ai pas l'impression qu'il y en ait en dehors de ceux que j'utilise (disons Chrome et Word).

Dans le Task Manager, je vois 105 Backrground Processes, mais ils utilisent tous "0 %" de CPU. 

En revanche dans les Windows Processes, il y a une grosse consommation de CPU. Le Service Host: Windows Update est en 20 % dans la colonne CPU.

Le temps que j'écrive ce message, la batterie a perdu 10 %.

Précision : apparemment, le PC est en train d'installer une update, donc il est normate que l'hôte soit gourmand. Mais je supose que jeudi il n'était pas en train d'installer quoi que ce soit, donc ce n'est probablement la raison du problème de la batterie. En tout cas, il a perdu encore 6 % en 10 min.

bonjour, je me rapproche de vous, pour vous dire que j'ai acheté aussi un     pc Lenovo, un Ideapad !

je m'interroge au sujet de la batterie !

est ce que l'offre lenovo concernant la batterie est interessante ou pas svp ? elle est garantie combien de temps

Bonjour, 

Je pense que la batterie est censée avoir une bonne autonomie d'une dizaine d'heures. Néanmoins, pendant la dernières mises à jour de Windows 11, la mienne s'est déchargé en deux heures. 

Concernant la garantie, j'avoue l'ignorer. Je ne suis pas sûre que c'est identique dans tous les pays. Or je n'ai pas acheté le mien en France.
