Hello everyone,
I would like to thank you in advance for the interest you will show in this topic and for your future responses.
I work in a small company and the files are stored on a file server that manages access simply for our employees: read-only or write.
The problem we are facing is present on all our Word files with mail merge.
For the past few days, all individuals with read-only access can no longer interact with the Mail Merge field (completely grayed out), which used to function correctly, even though they did not have write permissions.
Could you tell me if this issue is due to an update of the Office 365 suite or did we accidentally change a function or setting? The second idea seems unlikely to me as it affects all the files.
