Hello,
I just bought a Canon Mp620 multifunction printer which I connected via USB cable. Printing and copying work but not scanning or direct printing by inserting memory card into the printer.
During a scan test, the scanner driver starts, then I get the message: "unable to communicate with the scanner. it is powered off or disconnected. error code 2,145,0.
I checked the cable, I reinstalled the mp drivers as indicated in the documentation. It doesn't help.
Is it a port problem?
I have no information on the guide for this type of problem.
Please help me because I am useless...

Hello, re-download the latest drivers from the Canon site (this is the direct page for the Pixma MP620) at Canon, or you can perform an online detection via this site (go to "My drivers"; you will be asked to download a plug-in for the detection software to work) and depending on your device, a driver will be recommended. else, write an email to Canon support (direct page for the Pixma MP620 and French help).
