Ctronics visualization issue

Hello,

I bought a Ctronics wifi 1080P PTZ camera in April 2022. It worked very well until the transition to 2023. Since then, I can no longer play the videos recorded by the alarm. I get a message saying "unable to open the video." I should point out that I can play the last recorded video but not the subsequent ones. I can also play all the videos recorded in 2022. I have 2 other cameras of the same brand that work perfectly. I have restarted the camera, but it did not resolve the problem.

You need to change the SD card because it is write-protected, formatting it via computer is impossible, and sometimes the camera cannot format the latest videos.
