Send Ctronics camera video to FTP server

Hello,

I have a Ctronic CT-S20-G-4G camera (in 4G) and I want to send the video alarms to my FTP server. My FTP server works since the test from the camera app responds "OK test successful". I can also access it from outside. But I never receive any alarm videos.
