Philips Android TV: turns off and restarts after 30 minutes

Hello everyone,
I bought a Philips Android TV UHD Ambilight three months ago. For the past month, I've been experiencing a peculiar issue: it turns off and restarts by itself. The problem occurs after an average of 30 minutes of use. After restarting, the TV works normally for 5 to 15 minutes before the issue reoccurs.
Important details:
- the system is up to date.
- I have reset the TV twice without success.
- the problem occurs when I use the Android TV (not on TNT channels).
- the problem is not specific to any particular application. It occurs on both Netflix and Canal or Disney.
- the internet connection is stable and the signal is strong.
- I disabled Ambilight to check if the problem was related to that. No success.
- the issue does not seem to stem from the power outlet.
Hoping I have described the symptoms as best as I could, and hoping you will be able to make the correct diagnosis, I sincerely thank you for your valuable help.
- Prob: Philips 21:9 TV turns on and then off - but sound is okay.
- My LG plasma TV turns on and then turns off.
- My TCL TV turns off at startup after resetting to factory settings.
- Philips TV model 42PFL4606H/12 turns off by itself.
- TV turns off after a few minutes but the sound works.
- Philips TV turns off, LED blinks 5 times

I have the same kind of television and I have no problems.
Based on the information you provided, I think you have searched for a solution online since you have ruled out the most likely causes of the malfunction. I have nothing more to offer you.
Still, try putting it in eco mode (in case there is excessive overheating); I don't really believe that.I think you only have to contact customer support; even if you find the solution, there is something abnormal that needs to be addressed.
What is well understood is clearly stated,
And the words to say it come easily.
