EBP estimate problem

Hello,

I have a problem with my invoicing software EBP:

I can no longer open my existing quotes and I can no longer create new ones.

Does anyone have a solution?

For information: version 2022 standalone not connected online.

    Hello,

    Thanks for the reply but I’ve already looked into it; apparently it’s not a common error...

    That’s why I’m asking here. My association didn’t take up technical support, it’s exorbitant... it’s the equivalent of buying a new software every year... one can dream!
