GMX unable to connect

Hello,

I'm using GMX mail and since this morning I can't log in.

I see the homepage, but when I click on "login," nothing happens.

Is GMX undergoing maintenance or is it my account?

I presume it's a bug on their end... having noticed the same problem since yesterday....

The issue is something I "work around" by refreshing the page (F5) ... but it took me two or three tries to get it to work...

They have a pretty efficient and responsive support team, which is rare enough to be noted (especially for a free site...) Therefore, if this persists, I will also reach out to them...

Hello, same for me, impossible to connect, I don't even have CONNECTION anymore, it was working fine 2 or 3 days ago.

I personally have no issues with GMX... I logged in a few days ago and even this morning...

Try again after clearing your browser cache (if that's how you're checking your emails...)

If that doesn't work, as I mentioned in my previous response, they have quite an efficient support team, so it's possible to contact them.

No recent info since I'm not registered, support seems available if you want to check stories about "security" or "account blocked" or ask if there's an unavailability this morning.
