Limited TV connection via Wi-Fi.

Hello,

I have my TCL TV and I haven't been able to connect to the internet for a few days. In fact, my Wi-Fi is connected but I keep receiving the message that my connection is limited.

Restarting the TV (unplugging and plugging it back in after a few moments) doesn't solve the issue. Is there anyone who can help me please? Thank you

Restart your box to see...

Also check by resetting your television.

Are the other devices (for example computers, phones, etc.) working properly through your box?
