Hello, I have a problem with my computer.
Every time I try to turn on my PC, there is a blue screen, and when I want to reset it or put it in safe mode, there is an error.

Hello,
Can you specify the error? And also the message on the blue screen?
Thank you

Hello
The error message "Critical process died" is often caused by a device with broken mechanics or outdated drivers.
I recommend starting your PC in safe mode, then manually updating your drivers.
To do this, interrupt the startup of your computer 3 times in a row by pressing the power button to access the Recovery Environment. Then go to Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings to choose to start in safe mode.
Once in safe mode, open Device Manager by right-clicking on Start. Right-click on the drivers and select Update.
Restart your PC.

Hello,
From another PC, you can download Ventoy, create a 16GB or larger USB drive in GPT mode (and Secure Boot Support may be required) (See in the Options) and put the ISO files on it afterwards.
https://www.ventoy.net/en/download.html
Download the Sergei Strelec English ISO, place it on the USB drive (password = strelec)
https://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/sergei_strelecs_winpe.html
Use the tool to download the ISO to reinstall Windows
https://www.microsoft.com/fr-fr/software-download/windows11
Place both ISOs on the Ventoy drive
Boot from it using the PC's Boot Menu key
https://www.malekal.com/liste-touches-acces-bios-boot-menu-constructeur/
If you don't see it, you can search on Google "[Brand Model] Boot Menu Key"
Boot into Strelec (At the same time, it can help you check your hardware)
To copy data, it's Copy > Paste (To Copy > Paste in English)
Boot from the Windows ISO to reinstall
Select "Custom installation" (Not upgrade)
Delete all system partitions and create a new one (This will delete the data).
