How to use the 3D function on a projector

Hello,

I have an Optoma UHD35 projector that uses DLP technology for 3D.

I am looking to use this function, but I'm not quite sure how it works (Sorry, but I'm a total noob in this area).

I bought DLP-Link 3D glasses, I downloaded a 3D Blu-ray with a 3D Blu-ray player emulator on PC to test, I have several 3D display options with the player, 3D is enabled on the projector, the glasses are on, but nothing happens.

Do the glasses need to be connected to a special device? If I don't have the right glasses, are there specific glasses for this projector?

So, I prefer to ask the question before making a future purchase, thank you very much to anyone who wants to help a poor lost noob.

See you soon!

Hello, you can easily contact Optoma technicians for advice.

My opinion: 3D is no longer appealing; it can cause headaches and aside from a few "jumping" effects,

it's nothing like watching a movie in a cinema, you get disappointed quickly.

No, the manual does not state anything at all, except that it is 3D compatible :/

I downloaded the manual and it mentions a 3D button on the remote...

Is the projector connected to a PC? If so, what playback software are you using? And what if you change software?

        It also says this:
To experience the 3D effect, you need 3D glasses. Make sure your portable device/PC has a graphics card with quad-buffer output at 120 Hz and a 3D player installed.

Otherwise, try contacting Optoma technicians as suggested by @Glandu
