Connect my SANITAS SBF 73 scale.

Hello,

I can't connect my weight scale SANITAS SBF 73.

When I go to my phone: settings, bluetooth, I can see my device in the list but I'm asked to enter a PIN code which is 0000 or 1234.

No matter which one I try, nothing happens.

Why this code?

Do I need to enter the measurements manually first?

    Hello, after three days of trying to understand how it works and not getting it at all, I asked my son for help. In 5 minutes he found the solution. I'm so frustrated. In fact, it's simple.

    When you go to the menu and scroll through the settings, date, time, and so on, at one point a "pin" appears further down the screen. That means Pin. Up to that point, I had understood. Below the pin, three small digits appear and to the right, three large digits. Obviously, I was entering the three large digits, and of course, it didn't work. In fact, you need to enter the six digits. The pin code is a 6-digit code. First the three small ones followed by the three large ones. Thanks Lidl for not explaining this in the manual. This must have caused a lot of feedback and probably a lot of people losing their minds. Finally, I hope this helps you. Happy weighing.

      What I did to make Bluetooth work between the scale and the app: I simply uninstalled it and reinstalled it, then it worked

    Yes, I found it, it's HealthCoach for the SANITAS SBF 73 model and there's no code to enter.

    I don't know if it records the latest measurements on the app, I don't have the impression that it does, I'll check and I think I can manage!!!

      I see that you were able to set up your scale. Congratulations, I have the same one and have tried everything without success. I tried codes, no codes, and even with the software name, but nothing worked. I even put the number indicated on the scale screen under the name in, which I assume corresponds to Pin.     I had the same problem. I entered the PIN code 0000 or 1234 but it doesn't work.

      You need to enter the 6 digits displayed. Look closely, there are 3 small digits and 3 bold digits.
