LG TV and channel search

Question

Hello everyone

We just moved into a new apartment and....... we can't find all our channels....

In the old apartment, we had access to all the channels (TF1, A2, FR3 etc..... as well as all the DTT channels).

We searched for channels several times yesterday and we have: LCI, FR3, TF1, La 5, A2, ARTE, M6, RTL9, Série Club, Eurosport, and Paris Première.

I spoke to several neighbors who told us they have all the channels including the DTT ones. We are connected to a collective antenna.

I'm not sure we're conducting the channel search correctly (there's a moment where we have to choose between BG, L, DK etc.... ?????? I don't know what that corresponds to...)

I'm providing you with various details about our TV: LG flat screen - model: 26LC3R-ZJ series: 702TESJEF358

So, I hope someone can guide us on what to do...

I actually called the building's property manager who replied: Well, there’s a collective antenna!!!!

By the way, I’m currently doing some research on the internet to find out if there’s any number to call (cable number????) to check if the building is wired and therefore if we need a cable decoder????

I just received new information by reading our lease. It is stated that if we want to proceed with connection work to a cable network, we must inform the landlord by registered letter, etc...

This may mean that we have a collective antenna... Especially since all our neighbors have the regular channels as well as those of TNT...
