Proline TV and channel search

Good evening,

Here is my problem:
I recently bought a Proline L3233HD television, and when I run the automatic channel search, it yields absolutely nothing.
I have tried both DTV and ATV, but still nothing...

I do not own a box; the TV is directly connected to a French Telecom cable socket. Not being a professional in this area, I have searched both by cable and by antenna with the same results...

I thank in advance anyone who can help me out!

    Is the TV connected to a telephone jack (France Telecom)???

    A television must be connected to an antenna (a rooftop antenna) or to a decoder connected either to a satellite dish (satellite television), to a box if it's internet television, or via cable (Numericable)

      Hello,

      Same problem, I bought a Proline last week. (I just moved in and didn’t have a TV here before)

      I am connected to an antenna.

      But I am looking for channels and can't find even one...

      What could be the problem and especially what solution could there be?
