Hello,

I just installed a 65-inch 4K QLED on my SFR box. First of all, why is it delivered with 2 remote controls? Then, when I try to change channels using the "P" button, the screen changes and displays "HDMI 1" or "2" depending on how the source is connected?! I honestly don’t understand. I tried pressing the channel and then OK, but I don’t see a bar at the top as someone mentioned earlier... Thank you for your help on both points please (2 remote controls and changing channels (with the TCL remote and not the SFR one). Thank you for your help.

Hello,

First of all, your question has nothing to do with the forum you chose (Database / Nosql).. I moved it to the correct forum.

Then, unless your television is connected to a TNT decoder (or, if it is natively equipped.. to an antenna socket...), changing channels will necessarily be done with the SFR box remote control.

And finally... if you do not indicate the brand and model of your television.. it is impossible to answer your question regarding the two remotes...

No antenna connection; the TV is directly connected to the SFR box.

The TV is a TCL QLED 4K.
