Hello,
I have a smart Edenwood connected TV, but I can't access the Google Play app. I always come across tutorials for mobile devices. I have an SFR box.

Does the user manual mention it?
A good portion of smart TVs are restricted by the manufacturer's OS, if so you will never be able to install it because the TV is simply not compatible.
If your TV mentions "OS: Android version x.x.", your TV is more than likely restricted by a brand-specific Android development.
If your TV mentions "OS: Android TV version x;x", then yes, you should normally have access to the Store, but in that case, Google Play is already included at purchase in the apps.

It’s not even a manufacturer’s brand... it’s a fake brand, reserved for Électrodépot.
There is no TV model under this brand either... Find the technical specifications...???
-- We can assume that Électrodépot provides technical support during the warranty period for its equipment and answers customer questions... A fraction of the price is returned to them for this work...
-- They should know the Android version in question..?? and how to install another application on it...
Maybe there is an "Électrodépot Store"..?? that offers this...
