Buzzing speaker

Hello everyone,
So, I'm just starting out in this field and I've set up a very modest installation, but it's enough for me at the moment.
I have two Ultima 40 speakers, a Sony STR-DE-135 amplifier, a Denon DP-300F turntable, a basic CD player, and a Bluetooth receiver to play MP3s.
It works pretty well, but I have a buzzing issue with the speaker connected to the left inputs on the amplifier. If I switch the speakers, the other one buzzes. So, I think it doesn't come from the speakers since when plugged into the right, they don't buzz. I tested another amplifier, and it does the same thing. So, I don't think it's the amplifier either.
This is especially noticeable with the MP3s, particularly when the source volume is maxed out; if I lower it and increase the amplifier's volume, it goes away. But it does the same thing, to a much lesser extent, with the turntable. I haven't noticed this phenomenon with the CD.
So, being a beginner, if you have any idea, I'm all ears.
Thanks in advance.

Hello,
Disconnect and reconnect your sources one by one to find out which device or connection is causing the problem.
Thank you for the advice.
I finally found what was causing interference with my speakers. It was my Bluetooth receiver. I replaced it with the Esinkin Bluetooth audio adapter on Amazon: Esinkin Bluetooth audio adapter
This one: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07DMLYLXY?psc=1&linkCode=sl1&tag=europetheband-21&linkId=cefa49c70b8aadb68e5387231235a0a9&language=en_US&ref_=as_li_ss_tl
And since then, no more crackling.
