Hello,
On my UE BOOM speaker, I accidentally dropped it and there is a dent behind the fabric covering it, and since then when I play music a bit too loud, the sound crackles.
If you have any ideas, it would be helpful because I don't know how to fix it...
Thank you.

    Hello
If the speaker has fallen, it may have damaged the speaker, hence the buzzing depending on the sound's power.
You won't be able to do much in this case.

And would it be useful to cut out the part where there is a dent?

I don't know! I'm not going to say YES or NO.
Personally, I don't think it will fix the speaker, on the contrary.

Well, yes ^^ I cut the fabric where the dent was and the shell, in fact, it was the metal shell that got deformed and so when the sound was too loud, the speaker was rattling against the metal part. I was able to reshape the metal shell and it works like before, but it's less aesthetic and no longer withstands water splashes, so ^^
      Thanks anyway for your response.
