Hello, I bought a Sony WH-CH710N headset, but

the voice assistant's language is in English. Does anyone know how to change it to French? Thank you.

    Read the user manual, the voice guidance is available in English only.

     About voice guidance You will hear voice guidance in English through the headset in the following situations. The content of the voice guidance is explained in parentheses. When the headset is powered on: “Power on” When the headset is powered off: “Power off” When entering pairing mode: “Bluetooth pairing” After a Bluetooth connection is established: “Bluetooth connected” After a Bluetooth connection is stopped: “Bluetooth disconnected” When checking the remaining battery level: “Battery about XX %” (The value “XX” indicates the approximate remaining battery level. Use it as a rough estimate.) / “Battery fully charged” When the remaining battery level is low: “Low battery, please recharge headset” In case of automatic power off when the battery is exhausted: “Please recharge headset. Power off” When enabling the noise-canceling function: “Noise canceling” When enabling ambient sound mode: “Ambient sound” When disabling the noise-canceling function and ambient sound mode: “Ambient Sound Control off”
