Headphones won’t turn on, what to do?

Hello, for a few days now my left wireless earbud won't turn on. When I put it in its case, it flashes red as if it has no battery, but even though I charge it, when I press the earbud it doesn't turn on, or when I take the earbuds out of the case, only the right one connects. I haven't had them for long and I haven't dropped them or anything at all. Do you have any solutions please?

    Thanks, in the end, I found a solution in the responses from people in the same situation as me.
