Hotmail inbox won't open "spinning"

After entering my credentials, my Hotmail inbox does not open and a message appears. This happened while my inbox was open, Firefox was updating, and I had just connected my smartphone to retrieve photos. Since then, despite using CCleaner, Norton control, and resetting the password, it still doesn't open, but I can access my Microsoft account, and even from there, it doesn't open.

    Since you are not the only one in this situation, there might be a bug with Microsoft.

      Indeed,

      On Totalbug, there have been dozens of identical reports since this morning. I can log into my hotmail.fr account, but not the one on hotmail.com; the server issue is likely, but Microsoft has been unresponsive on their chat.....

      Let's hope for a miracle.......
