Toshiba Portege Z30 - Impossible d'installer Windows 10
Lorenzo -
Hello,
I'm currently struggling with reinstalling Windows on a Toshiba Portege Z30 laptop.
I'm trying to install it using a bootable W10 USB stick that I previously formatted with RUFUS and made bootable directly with the Microsoft tool. We are on UEFI with secure boot disabled.
The USB stick boots fine and the installation goes well until the SSD partitioning... just afterward, when I start the installation, it crashes.
I've looked into the issue from all angles... I'm considering loading some graphic drivers or others before starting the installation, but I'm not sure if that could be the cause.
I'll also check if using an older version of W10 helps.
These are the limited leads I have, and this issue is quite time-consuming, which is why I'm posting in hopes of getting some help.
Thank you all for taking the time to read me.
See you!

Hello, I think the ISO you used is corrupted, please create another bootable key

Hello
Thank you for your feedback. The ISO I am using is the one directly provided by Microsoft via the media creation tool.
Do you recommend another tool to create my bootable USB?
I will test the bootable USB on another PC to confirm your diagnosis. Thank you for your help.
I will download the ISO from your link.

Hello,
Setting the boot mode to CSM in the BIOS instead of UEFI allows me to run Windows 10...
