How to start a YouTube channel at 13 years old?

Hello, here's a little question:
I'm now 13 years old and I want to create a YouTube channel... However, I don't know how to do it because I can't find the "create a channel" button like I see in the tutorials! Could you please help me? (My Google account is supervised.)

    Hello,

    The legal age is 15 in France to use this service.

    So there's no other option but to wait, but once you turn 15, for minors under 18, you will be able to ask for your parents' consent.
