Hello everyone!
I've had a problem for a while now, I'm a student and I don't have fiber at home yet. I'm always on a hotspot. I can browse the internet without issues, have Zoom meetings, go on Discord...
Unfortunately, I can't play online games on a hotspot (games tested: PUBG, Minecraft, League of Legends...).
A little detail, I'm with Orange and another important detail, when my girlfriend shares her connection with me, it works without any problem...
If anyone has an idea, that would be really great...
Thank you so much everyone!

Hello,
Incredible, I have exactly the same issue, no connection speed problems just like you.
Indeed, I am with Orange with a very good connection and a speed test that is fast (upload and download) and I'm experiencing the same problem.
It's impossible to play Genshin Impact online on PC using the hotspot from my Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro. The connection fails every time, while with my ADSL at home, which is much slower, it works.
If anyone can help us, is it a configuration issue with the hotspot on the operator's side or directly with the phone that needs to be configured?
Best regards.
Hello
Do you have an error message or is it just not launching? Or is it laggy?
Run a comparative speed test between your connection and that of your friend, but I suspect the ping is too high
For example, on LoL, I have the launcher that starts then an overlay saying "connection attempt." For PUBG, I'm stuck on the loading screen "Initializing..." while with my friend's connection it works right away.
For the speed test with my connection on my PC: download = 38 Mbps; upload = 13 Mbps; ping = 21ms.
For the speed test with my connection on my phone: download = 104 Mbps; upload = 14 Mbps; ping = 20ms.
For the speed test with my girlfriend's connection on my PC: download = 27 Mbps; upload = 4 Mbps; ping = 37ms.
