Bluetooth car radio connection issue

Hello, today I wanted to connect my phone (Samsung A53) to my car radio Thomson (Bluetooth DAB+ RDT510DAB), my phone is paired but when I try to connect I get a message saying that an application is needed to connect, and I can't find it.

I should mention that on my old phone (Xiaomi mi 11 lite) I didn't have to download any application and it worked perfectly.

Does anyone have an idea?

Thanks in advance to those who take the time to respond.

In the Bluetooth settings of your phone, there is a second device named THOMSON Bt, and you need to connect to that one.

No, there is no second THOMSON.

I only have the thomson BT BLE.

You may need to restart a Bluetooth search, and after a while, it will appear, and it's the one with the name THOMSON BT (without the BLE at the end).

In any case, that's how I managed to reconnect.

If someone has been able to solve the problem, it would be cool to share it.

Thanks everyone
