Polaroid TV TQL32R4PR022 USB drive not connected

Hello, my TV no longer recognizes the USB connection. I found some suggestions on CCM but they are not relevant (hotel code blocking?). I checked my USB keys elsewhere, they are fine, there is a suggestion about USB recognition (it exists in a link on CCM) but it’s a tutorial video that my old computer can’t play unfortunately. Everything else is working normally.

    Hello,

    Has your USB key been formatted (exFAT, FAT32 or NTFS)?... Be aware that the TV only reads supports (USB key, portable HDD, etc.) in FAT32.

    Thank you for the response.
    My problem is with my two transport drives that have become worn out from intensive use between the 2TB storage and the Polaroid printer. My large external hard drive connected directly works perfectly on the TV’s USB port. So I can't wait for Black Friday and its flash drive deals..

    PS my drives are not repairable, so in the future I will buy several and also keep a backup copy
