Hello,

I'm outlining my problem. I used Colissimo to receive a package following an order placed on Friday, October 28, 2022. Given the holiday on November 1, I suspected there would be a delay. However, the tracking is clear but stopped on Thursday at noon with the mention: "

Your package is in transit on our logistics platforms." However, delivery was scheduled for Saturday, November 5. Today, I haven't received anything, and the status hasn't updated, remaining stuck since Thursday at noon. Moreover, the scheduled delivery date for Saturday the 5th has disappeared, and there's no new date. So when will I receive this package? On Monday, I won't be there, so I will have a notice of passage if the package is delivered; will it be attempted again the next day or not systematically? Thank you for your responses.

    Hello,

    The displayed dates are "automatic"...

    In effect... they are rarely accurate...

    But yes, if they come and you are not there, you will receive a missed delivery notice and a redelivery will be scheduled for the next working day.

    If you go to a post office, they will be able to tell you which center your package is still located at.

    The delivery method depends on the sender.
    By default, a Colissimo is delivered to a mailbox provided that you have a "standardized" mailbox.
    Hand delivery is an option for the sender that incurs an additional cost.
    The "pickup" option is the cheapest.
