Hello,

Without having deleted my ***@*** to my knowledge, I find myself with only one ***@*** and the inability to activate my Outlook mailbox, receiving and sending messages.

When I go to my address, I get this message!

This email address belongs to a reserved domain. Please enter another email address.

Can you help me?

Sincerely

    Hello,

Are you sure your address is hotmail.com and not hotmail.fr?

When you go to the webmail https://outlook.live.com/owa/ you should find everything since you say you can access your folders...

    Good evening,

To be honest, I'm quite lost. My address is ***@*** but I understood that the domain was Outlook.com and Hotmail is part of Live?

    Thank you

If your address ends with hotmail (after the at sign), it is certainly .fr //hotmail.com these are very old addresses.

Live is the webmail where all emails addressed to outlook.com, outlook.fr, hotmail.com, hotmail.fr, and live.com arrive.

Do not submit your address, the CCM robot will delete it, it is prohibited on the forum, as this forum is public.

You need to find a previously received email in your inbox, your address will be mentioned there.

      See you later

You can also send yourself an email that ends with each of the domains; only one will arrive in your inbox and it will contain your real address.

    Hello,

When I send a message from my address ***@*** to another email service, it arrives with ***@*** as the address of my alias.
