My landline can no longer make calls.

I have a Swissvoice model Xtra 1110 landline and for a while now I have not been able to make calls. However, I can still receive calls. How can I reset it? Thank you for your help.

Hello,

If this phone is connected to a box, reset it. To do this, cut off the power supply to the box for one minute and then turn it back on.


It's very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
Especially when it's not there...

Thank you for your response, unfortunately this phone is not connected to a box but directly to the wall socket. Have a good day.

You are therefore paying for two subscriptions to Orange, one for the phone and another for the internet..!

If so, as mentioned earlier, contact Orange to explain the problem to them.

Haven't you inadvertently switched to decimal frequencies?

It's imperative to be on "Vocal Frequencies"
