Hello If this Alcatel XL375 is connected to a box, reset it. To do this, unplug the power supply of the box for a minute, then turn it back on.  It's very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room. Especially when it's not there...

It's a landline connected using the old method Do you pay two subscriptions to Orange? One for the landline and another for the internet?  This problem is recent; this phone used to work normally when connected directly to the wall phone socket. ?  When you dial a number, do you hear music notes?  -- It's very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room. Especially when it's not there...

This phone is with people over 93 years old and they don't have internet, there is no ringtone when the number is dialed, tomorrow I will try again by plugging it into another phone socket. Thank you again  Best regards.
