No sound on Acer Chromebook

Hello,

I installed Chrome OS Flex on an Acer Chromebook. Everything is well installed but there is no sound when I play music or videos... So the driver is properly installed. Please help me.

    On a Chromebook, Chrome OS is necessarily pre-installed, you cannot install Chrome OS Flex which is intended for regular PCs.


    If it was installed on a regular PC, you should know that Chrome OS Flex does not work on all PCs.

      Hello, yes it's true, but I had installed Windows on it by formatting my Chromebook, now I want to put it back but the sound isn't working.

        Download the disk image of the version of Chrome OS that is suitable for your specific Chromebook model.

        For this, you need another computer with Google Chrome installed.

        You will need the Chromebook Recovery Utility extension.

        Launch the app, it opens on the "Create recovery media" page. Click on Get Started.

        On the next page, select the brand and the exact model of your Chromebook from the drop-down list.

        And let it do its thing, it will automatically prepare your recovery USB drive.
