Upgrade from Windows 10 1511 to 20H2

Hello,
First of all, I want to point out that I have already tried some of the solutions from the forum.
I have been trying for several days to upgrade Windows 10 Home version 1511 to version 20H2. The update keeps getting stuck (currently at 74% and I have no error code). I am on a Lenovo Ideapad 300.
I have already tried using the Windows Installation Assistant (the download occurs but the installation requires that the ongoing update be completed before it can start) and uninstalling Conexant SmartAudio HD (the update restarts after a reboot and the percentage changes but it also gets stuck).
Thank you in advance for your help.

hi
does it change anything if I go through the key?
you will install the latest version of W10 (21H2) right away
PS: you'll need to do a "clean install" (delete all partitions and create 1 or 2 new ones depending on the capacity of your HDD/SSD)
can you post a screenshot of your disk management? ==> click here
to access it, right-click on Start ==> disk management
if you have any questions...

Hello,
What you can try before a clean install:
If you have an antivirus other than Windows Defender, you need to uninstall it
=> Download the latest ISO version 32 or 64 depending on your PC
=> Copy it to your desktop
=> Disconnect from the internet
=> Double-click to mount it in the virtual drive (or right-click => Open with => Windows Explorer)
--> Right-click and run as administrator on setup.exe
--> Click Next
--> Click Accept
--> Click Install
Try to see if under 1511, you can block updates for 7 days. If that's fine, do it, restart the PC, and check if they are indeed disabled.

In case you haven't seen it, I'm reminding you If you have an AV other than Windows Defender, you need to uninstall it
Then try again with the ISO.
If it still doesn't work, I'll leave you in the hands of BillMaxime for a clean install.
Thank you both very much, I finally succeeded. I uninstalled an old feature update, rebooted, and paused the updates, and I was able to update from the Windows ISO. (So my version 1511 was indeed due to the factory reset).
Have a nice evening!

Hello, what does that mean? I had to reset my computer to factory settings recently, maybe that's why.
