Hello,

For the past 5 days, my phone has not been able to connect to the Wi-Fi from my box. Could someone please tell me what to do as I have tried all the passwords related to my box or my phone and nothing works.

    Hi,

    connect to your box via ethernet if you can and check the wifi settings for the configured WPA2 key; if necessary, change it so you can manage it better.

    And there you go ....

    But oh dear, those line spacing are so annoying!!
