Unable to create BlackBerry ID

Hello,

I have a BlackBerry Passport, but when I try to create a BlackBerry ID, it says "error 50504," so I'm unable to create it. Does anyone know the solution?

      I managed to create it, but now when I launch it, it tells me to connect to an Internet network even though I'm connected to my Wi-Fi. I also tried with my mobile network, but it says the same thing. Do you have a solution?
