HDMI ARC issue with RX-V465 amplifier

Hello.
If someone has a solution to my problem...

Ampli Rx-v465 connected via HDMI ARC to LG BX eARC TV (connections okay, configuration okay), I have audio returning to the amplifier until I hit pause on a program (Netflix, myCANAL, etc.), at which point the amplifier switches to decoder off and I get no sound. It no longer detects a signal... everything is fine on optical.
If a kind soul has any ideas...

    Hello and welcome to this forum,

    Personally, I almost went crazy with that damn HDMI ARC and its very unstable functioning, so I opted for optical and since then, no more issues but that's just my personal experience and I'll let the guys respond to you.

    Unstable, that’s the word. What bothers me is not being able to enjoy a single remote control and Dolby Digital + on Netflix.
