PS5 controller that turns on and off by itself on PC

Hello,

here, I have a problem with my PS5 controller. It turns on as soon as I connect it to my PC, then it turns off by itself and turns back on again. It just keeps doing that, I don't understand why. If someone has a solution, please

    By USB cable I changed the cable but it's still the same at first I thought it was the connector inside that was dead and had some play when I moved the cable but that's not it and now when I try to connect it it says USB devices not recognized the last USB device you connected to this computer malfunctioned and Windows does not recognize it I am using Windows 10

    I was able to reconnect it by changing the port and the cable several times, and I tried to do a direct update from Sony, but it tells me this. Could it be that my battery is not working properly, and that's why I'm having these issues?

      Hello,

      Is your controller recent (- 2 years)?... Since it works wirelessly, recharge the battery or replace it.
